UPDATE: We needed to replace our 21 year old Trane furnace as motor went out. We called on Monday, someone came out to quote replacement on Tuesday, and Friday Humberto showed up bright and early and in about 4-5 hours had our old system out and the new furnace and thermostat installed and working as expected. Humberto did an excellent job keeping us up to date with progress, any found issues, educating us on the system, and going the extra mile to ensure all of our major ducting joints were properly sealed and treated. We also had them install an earthquake emergency shutoff valve on our gas meter. He was professional, courteous, and informative. Great installer.

OLDER REVIEW: We have done annual maintenance with Ballard Natural Gas for the past 18 years (furnace, tankless, mini split). They have kept us up and running the whole time without over selling or pressuring us, nor have they ever missed an appointment. Our current tech, Austin, was great. It’s his second time at our place and he has been professional, knowledgeable, and helpfully instructive. It’s not the least expensive service, but it has been consistently good, and all of our systems have kept running.

It was such a pleasure working with Ballard Natural Gas. The estimate process with Tony was thoughtful, professional, straightforward and thorough. When it came to install day, the crew did such an excellent job. Humberto, Nick, Clayton and Otto got it all done in a single day, and the results are super clean. They even helped us out when a duck walked into the house while the side door was open! A++ service and we'd definitely use BNGS for future projects.
