“Great folks. We've worked with them for at least 20 years. They're responsive, meticulous, excellent quality work. And if something goes wrong a few years down the line you can reach them to fix it, which is important when you're dealing with heating systems. We also like supporting a local business.
My only suggestion is that they change their name to something like Ballard Natural Gas & Electric. They started with Gas but they also install heat pumps (way better for efficient heating and cooling) and heat pump water heaters–what we just put in. So way more than just natural gas.”
