The technician from Ballard Gas, Austin Mach came to service my furnace yesterday and discovered cracks in the exchanger. He was very thorough and explained everything very well, therefore we agreed that I need a new furnace. It will be installed on Monday. I have dealt with Ballard Gas for the past 17 years and have utmost faith in them

DJ came to check the original complaint I had about flickering lights in the dining room. I also mentioned that I heard some crackling inside of a light switch but the back door. He took that apart and found that actually it was a huge hazard where the box had rusted out and the switches were arcing. He replaced all of that to my relief. We were not able to find the source of the dining room flickering. One of the sockets seems to be overdriving the bulb since it's a dimmer but it's random so we will watch and wait. Overall, that arcing switch was a huge deal to find and fix. So grateful he did that. Thank you!
