Had a panel upgrade scheduled to install a new panel of 200A with a generator hookup and interlock kit. The installation itself took almost 12 hours and our heat pump was not connected for over 24hrs.
Additionally, the panel that was installed was a 125A although the installer clearly told me that the panel would be 200A and the main breaker would be 125A. The panel itself also broke during install and has a open breaker slot that cannot be used.

Have left several messages but no one seems to be getting back to me about this issue.
