I wish this could be a better review. I really do. The initial quote was timely, and the work done quickly. We installed two separate systems to replace an aging HVAC. One is ducted, the other ductless.

All, unfortunately, are Mitsubishi. Installation took five days, ending on Friday. It is now Wednesday afternoon on the following week, and the HVAC system we had installed does not work. It did not work when they left, but I was told it would take some time to kick in (this was at 6:30 PM on a Friday). It was hot the next day, and the day after that - and of course our old system had been removed so we had no alternative but to sweat it out.

On Monday a tech came, and was unable to figure out what to do, so he decided to test the system. It failed. He was supposed to call me to follow up, but failed to do so. The filter got clogged already (apparently it got turned on during demo), and the technician told me he would have someone bring a new filter out. He did not tell me that I would be charged $75 for the honor of having someone do this for a system that had never worked. Mind you - I have a ductless system which also does not work (no filter issue, just does not work).

Multiple texts and phone calls later, and nobody is taking this seriously enough to even call us. I feel ripped off, and am considering my options. Do not do business here unless you have a backup system, a lot of money, and limitless patience.

Zach and Eder were awesome! Very careful and professional with all their work on our HVAC system. And very thorough in their explanations so we understood what they were doing and why they were doing it. They even helped us locate a new filter for our unit and installed it for us after we picked it up. Really great experience!
