Tech arrived within the scheduling window. He had been here before so I knew he was competent. Checked the HVAC system. (It’s only a year old so I didn’t expect any problems). Answered the few questions that I had. Very competent and professional service.

Did some furnace maintenance. Recommended replacement due to holes/cracks in the heat exchanger. Nice guy!

Austin arrived on time for furnace inspection. Knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. He came for a routine maintenance check, but discovered corrosion in the heat exchanger. He explained how it happened and showed me the corrosion. He explained options: repair, not recommended because of age of furnace; new furnace or heat pump. He explained filter choices and associated maintenance clearly. Austin provides explanations in non technical terms and is very easy to work with.
