The person who answers the phone is a real jerk and is basically a female version of the Soup Nazi, but it’s for HVAC services. I am still in shock at how much contempt she clearly has for me. I think it’s because I disagreed with her when she told me that they won’t work on systems they didn’t install themselves to avoid any liability they may incur for work that was done by the previous HVAC contractor.. so don’t bother calling them if you have a system that wasn’t installed by them. They won’t help you.
