Otto and Alex did a great job on installing a new gas furnace w/ heat pump. It was minimally invasive process that left it looking better than when they started. This is just one of those things that’s going to be expensive; multiple bids and the service received demonstrates they were the best value.

Ballard Natural Gas came to our house the same day we called about
an odd noise coming the inducer or motor. We also found some rust and corrosion found as we tried to problem-solve the issue ourselves. The service-representative ordered a new coupling for the inducer and cleaned the exhaust drain connection at the collector box which he found was plugged. The odd noise is gone. We were pleased with the same day service. The new coupling will be installed when it arrives.

We found out about this company about two or three years ago, when our furnace stopped working and we called 3 companies. Ballard Natural Gas was the only company that picked-up their phone instead of letting it go into voicemail. They responded to our issue right away and fixed the problem. We were impressed with them then, as we are now.
