We were proactively reminded (a month in advance) that we prepaid for our yearly service and the appointment should be made for maintenance. When I didn't respond after a couple of weeks, they followed up with a courtesy call to make sure we received the service and set the appointment with me.

We received an appropriate amount of reminders prior to appointment day and were contacted the morning of directly by the technician (the very delightful Daniel Dunham!) who could not have been more prompt, polite, and thorough.”

“The maintenance that was performed was not done correctly, and I had to contact the company to address the issue. Prior to the installation, there were dampers on all ducts. Modifications were made to one of the ducts to accommodate the size of the new unit, and the damper on that duct is now missing. However, the service manager insists that no dampers were ever installed, despite the fact that their team previously adjusted them to regulate airflow.
This has been a very disappointing experience, as the problem remains unresolved and we continue to go in circles without a solution.”
