Tony came out to assess our needs, offering an estimate for both a gas furnace replacement and a new Mitsubishi heat pump. Tony was thorough in his assessment, and patient and friendly answering questions over email. We ultimately decided on the heat pump since we did not already have an a/c unit. The installers and electrician (Jay, Anthony, and Aaron) were great – friendly, clean and careful. Excellent experience from start to finish.
