We had another great experience with BNGS and their top-notch crew! Evan came out for a maintenance call but we soon determined that the furnace was near the end of its life. He walked us through all the options and we selected the replacement unit and booked the installation right then and there -- couldn't have been an easier process! A few days later Bert and Raul arrived right on schedule and installed the new unit in just a few hours and then took the time to walk me through all the new features and make sure all my questions were answered. I think they even left the area cleaner than when they arrived!
