Ballard Natural Gas Service guarantees that all installation work will be free from defects of workmanship for a period of three years from the date of installation.
If any issues arise during this three-year period that are caused by improper installation, we will repair or replace the affected work at no cost to you. All warranty repairs will be made promptly and to your satisfaction. No service fee will be charged.
If a problem arises, please contact us as soon as possible so we can schedule a service visit and make any necessary repairs. This labor warranty is separate from and in addition to any manufacturer's warranties that come with your equipment.
This warranty covers labor only. It does not cover:
- Equipment or parts covered under the manufacturer’s warranty
- Damage caused by misuse, lack of maintenance, accidents, alterations, or any cause beyond our control
- Normal wear and tear (including filters, fuses, and batteries)
- Damage caused by weather events (such as power outages, windstorms, etc.)
- Physical damage resulting from improper care, vandalism, or theft (for example, stolen copper lines)
- Damage caused by animals (including dogs and wildlife)
- Electrical or utility-related issues beyond our control
- Damage caused by running the system during remodeling or construction, resulting in debris or dust buildup
- Any work performed on a BNGS-installed system by another company voids this warranty
- Any damage to BNGS-installed equipment caused by repairs or work performed by another company voids this warranty
We stand behind our labor. If an issue ever comes up because of our improper installation, we’ll fix it at no charge.
