Brady & Cole were fast, Friendly, & knowledgeable . Price was reasonable & they got me on the schedule the day after I signed with them, as my furnace was out. Nice upgrades & they showed me how to use the app.

I was extremely impressed with Austin’s expertise and the information that he provided about our 21 year old gas furnace. He showed me problems that I had not been aware of, and explained what probably had contributed to their development. A new problem led to my decision to have the furnace replaced. My experience with Austin left me quite confident that Ballard Natural Gas Service will be an excellent choice to do that job.

Added later: I was quite pleased that Ballard Natural Gas Service was able to do the installation so promptly. Humberto arrived on time and did a very careful job, including with two minor modifications that I requested. On his own, he moved a surge protector that had been installed on the old furnace by a different company to the new furnace, and informed me that it had been wired incorrectly and thus had not been providing protection. I highly recommend Ballard Natural Gas Service!
