We found Tony very knowledgeable with his years of varying experiences, and the two installers, Alex & Cole, especially hard working, efficient and yet willing to take time to explain their work. They listened to my concern about the placement of the outside unit in the least obtrusive location with professional looking lines, inside & out, so as to look well; and I was very pleased. Cole noted & quickly provided a correction to an old exhaust issue. Problem solving along the way, they seamlessly seemed to be so well trained so that they could continue the installation without hesitation and do so in a 1960’s era home. Otto, their electrician, seemed to quickly figure out what needed to be done and crawled into the attic area of the garage to ensure the electrical lines position ran neatly (and to code), taking out prior PVC lines that were an eyesore. Tony followed up with us to help us more accurately set our new system temperature & fan settings, offering a few helpful suggestions.
