“We had a Mitsubishi mini-split heat pump installed in mid- June 2025, with a wall unit installed in our upstairs bedroom and a ceiling cassette in the ceiling of our main floor living room. Tyler in sales was great in describing and walking us through everything prior to the installation and got us some discounts. The technicians Tyler and Humberto were professional and friendly, and Tyler was particularly helpful making sure that we got our kumo cloud (mobile app) set up correctly. The full installation work took 2 days, which was one day longer than originally expected, but it worked fine with our schedule and wasn't disruptive at all.”
