“The technician team, especially Nick Eknes, is awesome. Nick, Brady Gannon, and Matt Deehring were friendly, informative, respectful of the house and his residence (including our dog). They worked clean, efficiently, and left everything looking great and working smoothly.
In contrast, the main office has been frustrating to communicate with; including sending wrong invoices, giving wrong information about scheduling, and being redundant when communicating. I understand that some program changes affect customer experience, but beyond that there's much to improve in terms of communication.”
