“Humberto and Kevin and Jimmy B. did a quick, quiet install of our heat pump, and careful explanation of the new thermostat. Follow-up surge protector installation went quickly (sorry, can't remember the name of the very friendly installer). Ballard Natural Gas also installed a new electric water heater and removed the old heater and the old furnace, cleaning up afterwards. Couldn't be happier. Almost forgot to mention office staff, Zoe and Ashley (?) who were wonderful about scheduling and bill-paying!”
