Ballard Natural Gas provided a very competitive bid to my request to have our existing tankless hot water heater replaced, as compared to the competition. Once installed, I noticed that I could not set recirculation schedules like my old heater. I contact Ballard Natural Gas and they immediately responded and resolved my concern. I’d definitely recommend them for all heating and cooling needs.
