He was extremely neat, placing drop cloths everywhere protecting any area he anticipated moving or working. Several times the installation created issues that were not anticipated. He rectified them professionally and calmly never appearing to be flustered. After a day taking longer than anticipated he never lost his cool. Before leaving everything was clean and orderly, leaving no indication that he had ever been on the property.”
