I am pleased by the entire team and how they coordinated their work and expertise to provide seamless service and do a great job. From their sales rep Tyler, and coordinator Clinton, who set up the job and scoped out the project, to Juan, the on site HVAC project manager, Mike, the HVAC installer, and DJ, the electrician, they worked around us and our dogs in a pleasant friendly way, kept the place tidy, removed the crazy old system that was here and replaced it with a quiet, efficient Mitsubishi heat pump system that we are already enjoying.
