You could tell it was a hectic time for Ballard Natural Gas Service, given the extreme weather Seattle was experiencing. Despite the difficult circumstances Pat gave us a temporary solution the same day that we called! His service was beyond expectations. Garrett came 2 days later with a replacement part that solved the issue permanently. Like Pat, Garrett gave excellent service.
